The Nora Project's mission is to teach empathy by sparking friendships between students and their peers with disabilities. To achieve its mission, The Nora Project focuses on three, fundamental goals:
(1) Teaching students the beliefs and behaviors underlying the practice of empathy;
(2) Creating fun, inclusive social experiences for students with disabilities; and
(3) Building communities of kindness and support for students of all abilities.

Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America is a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cures for Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis and to improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.
Nominated Charity: Peke A Tzu Rescue
Nominated by Marcey Bernstein
Peke a Tzu Rescue saves senior and special needs dogs from puppy mills, animal shelters, and animal control facilities. It then fosters and provides a sanctuary for them until they are placed in forever homes.
